These two documents were used to garner high-level buy-in for the creation of a performance improvement program: Blended Learning Strategy Onboarding Proposal for [Company] is a PowerPoint presented to a client interested in finding a more effective solution for new employee and contractor onboarding. The presentation would be delivered to the company's decision-makers and key stakeholders, and a high-level course of action would be proposed to address their key concerns. The goal of this presentation was to outline the proposed blended learning solution, including self-paced eLearning, and virtual instructor-led training, to address varying start times and the desire to also start to build strong organizational ties at a distance.
